Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in interior fit‑out projects across F&B outlets, luxury villas, and office spaces. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in cost management, procurement, materials knowledge, and the ability to provide accurate quantity take‑offs and project cost controls.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for interior fit‑out projects.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs from drawings, material specifications, and design documents.
• Monitor project costs and prepare cost variance reports.

• Manage procurement activities including material sourcing, comparison sheets, supplier negotiations, and purchase recommendations.
• Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure compliance with project specifications and budget.
• Maintain updated databases of suppliers, subcontractors, and material rates.
