Quantity Surveyor

JOB OBJECTIVES

To support the Project in all material and labor requirements, be responsible for all claims and variation work and help to ensure that the construction of the project is completed within the projected budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate sub-contractor’s monthly progress billing accomplishment and ensure that correct procedure is adopted regarding the application and payment for completed work.
• Provide/prepare project’s monthly progress report.
• Assist in the preparation of contractor’s monthly payment application/billing.
• Assess contractor’s entitlement for additional costs and variation order claims.
• Perform comprehensive quantity take-off, cost estimate/analysis for Structural and Architectural works.

PROCUREMENT

• Outsource process and material costs from suppliers and subcontractors.
