Quantity Surveyor

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage
• At least 1–3 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost control
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and quantity surveying software
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
