Quantity Surveyor

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor. The role involves managing project costs, preparing estimates and bills of quantities, and ensuring effective cost control throughout the construction lifecycle. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost planning, tendering, contract administration, valuing work done, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered within budget and in compliance with legal and quality standards.
Experience: 3 to 4 Years
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: PKR 70K - 90K (based on experience)
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
3–4 years of experience in construction cost management
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQs, tendering, and contract administration
Experience in cost control, valuations, and final accounts
