Quantity Surveyor - PQS Consultancy - Dublin
Office/Project Location: Dublin City Dublin
Employment Type: Permanent
Work Location: Office Based
Pay: €55K - 75K, depending on level of experience and negotiable for the right candidate.
Experience: 3+years
Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required
Our client is a Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice providing cost consultancy services on large scale construction projects
Pre-contract cost control and management
Pre-contract document preparation
All post contract functions including; interim recommendations, cost reporting, Client meetings, final account reconciliations
The key duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Estimating & Cost Planning
Reporting to the senior surveyor
Preparing Bills of Quantities, Buildsoft & Cubit
Preparing Cost Reports
Preparing Monthly Valuations...
