Quantity Surveyor

Linsun Engineering Sdn Bhd is a leading engineering company specializing in scaffolding, falsework & shoring, and industrial support services. We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team and manage project costs, ensure financial accuracy, and support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents
• Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasting and controlling costs
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Understand client requirements and perform quantities take-off from RCP and marked drawings
• Prepare BOQ based on specification sheets from sales and design teams
• Identify discrepancies between BOQ, drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Participate in pre-tendering activities and raise relevant pre-bid queries
