- Graduate of Civil Engineering.
- With or without experience; experience with Australian Standard is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Review tenders, contracts, structural and construction plans in preparation to quantity requirements.
- Liaise with QS Assistant, Prestart, Drafting, and relevant personnel to ensure document consistency.
- Cost analysis and quantity take-off for projects/clients.
- Assist QS Assistant with supervisor/supplier queries and additional/amended orders after jobs have been raised.
- Responsible for any revision to quantities and cost due to variations, changes in suppliers, or answers to queries (hitlist) – including but not limited to revising the Quants Pad and Bill of Quantities.
