Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with expertise in Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MPF) works for high-rise building and hotel projects. You will play a vital role in ensuring accurate cost estimation, budget monitoring, and value engineering from design to project completion.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for MEPF systems, manage project budgets, and develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Assist in tender preparation, evaluate contractor bids, and recommend suppliers and contractors.
• Oversee MEPF contracts, manage change orders, and track project costs against the approved budget.
• Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide regular financial updates, cost forecasts, and progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure MEPF systems comply with industry standards and local regulations.
