Job Title: Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager
Location: Oldham (Office based)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Package (Happy to further discuss)

The role involves overseeing cost control, valuations, procurement, and financial performance across domestic and commercial projects, and would suit someone confident working independently within a small, fast-paced organisation.

QS Experience or QS degree Needed
Experience in both domestic and commercial sectors is preferable
