Quantity Surveyor - Long term contract - Norfolk 

We are currently working with a Contractor within the Water sector who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor on a freelance basis to work on a large framework project in the Norfolk area. 

Requirements:

Worked as a Quantity Surveyor previously

Able to use NEC form of contract and be experienced on Option A

Experience working on schemes such as Water, Repair, Maintenance contracts would be advantageous

Experience working on schemes within Frameworks

IT literate and good communication skills

Able to work as part of a team

Rate: £400 - £425 per day 

Status: Inside IR35 

Location: Norwich

Duration: 12 months 

This position is urgent and has interview slots next week with the view to start on the 15th of December. This is a long term contract.
