We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor who will play a key role in supporting project planning, cost estimation, and financial control. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary design and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities
Support the project team in planning, oversight, and delivery of all estimating outputs.
Review and analyze civil, structural, architectural (if any), MEP (if any) and all engineering drawings and specifications.
Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) covering all components required for project construction.
Develop independent cost estimates—both preliminary and detailed—with required accuracy.
Coordinate with various design leads to verify designs and prepare quantity take-offs from drawings.
