Responsible for monthly progress statements and all work measurements on site and taking off quantities of work

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluation variation of works and claims

• Prepare monthly work statements.

• Liaise with surveyor for measurement of work quantities.

• Responsible for maintaining proper site records with special emphasis towards contractual claims

• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.

• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or other relevant disciplines

Skills & Abilities

• General computer literate, MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, MS project and Construction Software
