Job description:

Job Summary

Cost estimation and planning, cost control and budgeting, procurement and tendering, contract administration, risk management, value engineering, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Taiwan tendering process.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement.
• Monitor project costs, track variations, and prepare cost reports.
• Handle progress claims, payment certificates, and final accounts.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on commercial matters.
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions and budget constraints.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying

Skills & Abilities

• General computer literacy in MS Excel, AutoCAD, or QS software (e.g., CostX).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to meet deadlines.
