• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labour, and equipment • Develop and maintain project budgets, monitoring expenditures throughout the project lifecycle • Analyse and report on project costs, providing regular updates to stakeholders • Prepare and negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers • Conduct cost-benefit analyses for various project options and value engineering exercises
