Quantity Surveyor

Position Overview 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor with 8–10 years of professional experience in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cost estimation, quantity verification, and contract management for airside and landside works.  

This role requires expertise in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost monitoring, and contractor evaluations, ensuring compliance with airport authority standards and delivering cost-effective solutions for phased airport development projects. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for airside and landside works, including runways, taxiways, aprons, utilities, buildings, and supporting infrastructure. 
• Develop and review BOQs, cost estimates, rate analyses, and tender documentation aligned with airport authority standards.
