About the Role
Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Gloucestershire, GL1 (2 days a week and sites visits between Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire & Hampshire, Surrey).
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (DOE)

Our are a specialist subcontractor within external envelope packages working on a range of residential & commercial projects across the Cotswolds, Berkshire, Surrey and Greater London areas.
About your new role:
Due to continued growth and successfully securing a number of new projects our client is seeking an Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
Duties to include:
At pre-commencement stage organise pre-start meetings, co-ordinate the financial budgets, place sub- contract orders and liaise with logistics’ director / contracts manager for an organised start.
Attending site meetings, preparing schedules of variations, co-ordinate valuations, co-ordinate the on- going budget throug...
