Our client is a well‑established and forward‑thinking main contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team.
The business delivers healthcare and commercial refurbishment and new build projects under JCT and NEC contracts, typically valued between £2m and £10m. The role is office‑based in Coulsdon with regular site visits across London and the Home Counties.
