ZENITH ID CONCEPT SDN. BHD. is seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Cheras, Selangor. As a full-time Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction and Interior Design projects
2. Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
3. Monitoring project costs and providing regular financial reports to stakeholders
4. Identifying and mitigating potential cost risks throughout the project lifecycle
5. Advising on the most cost-effective construction methods and materials
6. Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery
