Job Descriptions: - Review and Summarize Enquiry, Identify Scope of Works and Prepare Commercial Proposal - Quantity Checking and Preliminary Costing including getting Downstream Consultant Price - Compile Supporting Documents for Tender / Proposal submission - Follow Up and Negotiate on contract - Review Terms and Conditions of Contract from client - Prepare, Submit and Follow Up on Progress Claim, Tax Invoice and Payment Collection - Closing of Project Account upon Project Completion - Reporting to Senior QS / Directors
Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, Building or equivalent from a recognized university - At least 2 Year (s) of working experience with strong knowledge of Local Construction Practices - Effective Communication Skills and Enjoy Interacting with people at all levels - Meticulous, an eye for Details and Sensitive to Figures / Numbers - Positive Attitudes / Drive for Result and Willing to Learn...
