Job Description

• Pre-contract focus: estimating, costing, tendering, and RFQs across all WA projects.
• Embedded in the Bids & Tenders team, providing cost input and financial oversight for proposals.
• Manage tenders end-to-end and hand over to project teams for execution and ongoing variations.
• Some post-contract responsibilities including variations and claims support.
• Targeting a mid-level QS with 3-8 years' experience; qualifications in QS or Construction Management preferred.
