Responsibilities
+ Own and deliver high-quality testing across all applications and systems managed by the team.
+ Champion shift-left testing practices , ensuring quality is embedded early in the software development lifecycle through early involvement in requirements, design, and refinement discussions.
+ Ensure automation-first testing strategies , with tests integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
+ Design, implement, and maintain automated test solutions for applications and systems managed by the team
+ Contribute functional and non-functional testing activities, including regression, integration, performance, and reliability testing.
+ Define and review test strategies, and test scenarios based on requirements and acceptance criteria.
+ Analyse test results, identify defects, perform root cause analysis , and clearly communicate findings to the team.
