Quality Technician

Overview:

To conduct visual inspections and specified quality control tests to ensure all manufactured products adhere to agreed specifications, and all processes are compliant with the ISO9001:2015 standard. Provide regular quality patrols across all manufacturing lines, support production with guidance on quality standards and escalate any quality concerns quickly to minimise defects. Record all quality information and test results for product quality assurance, compliance, traceability, and analysis. Ensure all test equipment is accurate and calibrated. Coordinate all problem solving and process improvement activities to raise production standards for right first-time quality and customer satisfaction. Support problem solving to implement new ideas and improvements. Ensure quality standards and targets are consistently achieved.
