The opportunity:
Ensuring the quality of assigned production processes and coordinaing in resolving quality issues in a timely manner, meeting production schedules while maintaining quality standards.
How do you make impact:
Perform quality inspection and monitoring at Winding and Active Part processes.
Incoming material inspection
Check incoming materials according to QIC cards.Verify compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.In-process manufacturing:
Inspect winding processes.Inspect coils during and after pressing completion.Inspect Active Part core assembly according to QIC cards and drawings.Verify basic process parameters.Perform 100% inspection when required for special cases.Prepare inspection reports, including st...
