About the Role
Ensure laboratory excellence with SGS as a Quality Technician. Focus on quality management systems, compliance, and continuous improvement to support laboratory operations.
In this pivotal role, you will assist the Quality Assurance Manager in implementing and monitoring quality management systems. You’ll perform routine calibration of lab equipment, maintain chemical inventories, and manage documentation control. Your expertise will help with internal audits, investigations, and resolving non-conformances effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Comply with established Quality System procedures
• Perform routine equipment verification and calibration
• Maintain chemical inventories and lab records
• Participate in internal audits and corrective action follow-up
• Support investigations of non-conformances and customer complaints
Requirements:
• BSc. or Diploma in a science discipline
• Previous laboratory experience in ISO/IEC 17025
