Quality Team Lead

We are recruiting a Team Lead to join our Quality team. In this role, you will assist in supervising the quality function of a global work-at-home internet-based program. The role involves managing and supporting a team of direct reports and requires an adaptable and highly motivated approach. It involves managing requests and projects, critical thinking, and high levels of adaptability. Responsibilities

• In co-ordination with the Quality Manager, represent the Quality function to the customer in calls meetings, business reviews and as needed
