The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, system-focused position that balances rigorous process management with exciting, cross-departmental project work. Spending your time in the office and on the manufacturing floor, you will be the driving force behind our compliance systems, continuous improvement, and a massive upcoming transition to a fully digital, paperless archiving system.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the MQF Safety and Quality Management System, focusing on HACCP management, pre-requisite programs, document control, and regulatory compliance.
• Proactively identify process-driven food safety risks before they happen. Manage the site's Hold & Release program, maintain non-conformance reporting (NCRs), and successfully close out actions.
