About the Role
Position Summary:
We are seeking a responsible candidate to perform a variety of Quality Support duties to support our R&O and Manufacturing Departments. Duties include but are not limited to performing Root Cause Analysis, controlling and managing data within an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, developing and delivering training, working with data in computer-based systems, and reviewing technical documents for impact on our processes.
Duties:
- Root Cause Analysis, including Corrective and Preventative Actions
- Work with information in databases and software systems
- Review technical data
- Support creation of departmental documents
- Develop and distribute training records
- Support quality for R&O and Manufacturing Departments
- Comply with and support the Quality Assurance Program
- Other duties as assigned by manager
