Quality Specialist

Reflexallen Group, multinational company with several plants around the world and headquarters on the hills of Modena, international leader of design, development and production of Automotive components, is looking for a Quality Specialist.

Main Activities:

· Draft and review the company’s quality plan

· Development of standard process and product procedures and quality control specifications

· Monitor production processes by checking for rejects and non-conformities

· Monitor company processes to verify the application of protocols and compliance with defined procedures

· Define the Quality Management System, participating in quality certification audits (ISO9001, IATF 16949) and product homologation

· Instrumental checks on manufactured and incoming products

· Carry out internal inspections

· Handle customer complaints
