Quality project manager (escape leader)

About the role

The position is based at our Longueuil facility, Monday to Friday, exclusively on site.

This role is part of a French-speaking work environment; it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of critical non-conformity, from detection to closure, including impact assessment, containment actions, root cause analysis, and resolution.
• Drive root cause investigations using structured methodologies (8D, Red-X), and ensure the timely and sustainable implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Mobilize, coordinate, and lead cross‑functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Production, Logistics, etc.) involved in non-conformity resolution.
