About the Role

Lead and manage the sample development process from tech pack review to PP approval
Review and comment on tech packs, construction details, and garment specifications
Follow up on prototype, fit samples, size sets, and pre-production samples
Participate in fit sessions and provide technical recommendations
Ensure alignment between development samples and bulk production standards
Conduct factory visits to monitor production lines and ensure quality compliance
Perform inline and final inspections when required (AQL standards)
Lead pre-production meetings with suppliers to clarify technical expectations
Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective action plans
Collaborate closely with suppliers to improve workmanship, construction, and finishing standards
Prepare technical and quality reports for internal stakeholders
