Quality Process Lead (Senior Executive)

We’re the team helping Arnott’s win in Asia. Campbell Malaysia is the Asia hub for The Arnott’s Group, based in Kuala Lumpur, shaping strategy and building our footprint across the region.

Summary of the role:

You’ll be the site QA technical lead for food safety, process control, and quality systems. You’ll drive validation and compliance, solve complex quality issues, and build strong QA capability while partnering with Operations to deliver consistent standards.

What you’ll be doing:

• Process validation & control: CCP/ CP/ sanitation validation, capability studies, deviation containment, on-line adjustments.
• Line QA & compliance: GMP/ GLP/ HACCP audits, line reviews, product release/hold decisions, complaints & non-conformance closure, QC lab support.
• Systems & RCA: support NPD/renovations/capex, track quality KPIs/ QPIs, lead RCAs and preventive actions.
