As the largest composites manufacturer in Canada, Boeing Canada Winnipeg boasts a workforce of over 1,300 talented individuals and an impressive 800,000+ square foot facility dedicated to producing parts for all commercial airplane programs.
In this role, you will manage a team of highly motivated Quality Inspectors, Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) Technicians, and Computer Aided Measurement Systems (CAMS) Operators on the Day (1st) shift.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees who inspect product and verify compliance with engineering requirements and company procedures.
Takes ownership in achieving divisional targets and executes business plans, policies and procedures.
