About the Role

  Roles and Responsibilities  
  Electrical Quality Engineering or a related discipline with at least 6 to 7 years of experience. Max 9 yrs 
 Electromagnetic analysis experience with good working experience in manufacturing processes of motor, such as winding, coil welding process, IP Test qualification criteria & good understanding of motor functional testing, etc.
 Strong understanding of validating motor manufacturing processes with the aim of zero process rejection.
 Good Knowledge of motor child parts manufacturing processes, such as Rotor, stator & shaft assembly processes.
 Good Understanding of battery pack manufacturing processes, such as Cell sorting, Glue application, Cell welding, IP test & strong exposure to relevant poka-yoke at manufacturing process to achieve zero rejection.
 Strong exposure to QMS (Quality Management System) & EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) processes.
