Quality Manager

**Snapshot of your day**
As a Quality Manager in Grid Technologies Service, you ensure our service and project execution is safe, compliant, and delivered to the highest quality standards. You work closely with Project Managers, engineering, procurement, and site teams to drive Quality Plans, oversee ITPs and Quality Gates, and proactively manage risks. You are the go‑to expert for customers, suppliers, and certification bodies, leading NCR, RCA, and CAPA processes while monitoring supplier performance and ensuring alignment with ISO and internal QEHS requirements.
You also play a key role in improving customer satisfaction by collecting feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving initiatives that strengthen performance, reliability, and Siemens Energy’s reputation.
