The quality manager ensures that the national and international standards are met. Leads a talented team through the learning process for continuous improvement in quality matters. Expert on medical devices regulations the Quality Manager ensures high level standards towards the organization such as ISO13485, FDA compliance, etc. Advises and supports the team to handle internal and external audits, manages regulatory affairs with the needed coaching, mentoring and counseling to all levels of the quality organization. With a high problem-solving skill, the quality manager is able to make preventive and corrective programs to ensure site quality assurance. Responsible for the incoming, the inspection, the final inspection and the quality engineering group that together as a team will exceed expectations. Drives a Quality excellence culture and promotes the achievement of que Quality Assurance thru the organization.
