About the Role
Job Summary
The Quality Manager - PSU is responsible for leading end-to-end quality performance of PSU (Power Supply Unit) manufacturing operations in Cavite, covering customer accounts, in-process quality, outgoing quality, and compliance to QMS standards.
This role ensures delivery of high-quality products, driving yield improvement, and managing customer quality requirements across all PSU programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manufacturing & Product Quality Management
- Own overall PSU quality performance (FPY, PPM, OATF, COPQ)
- Drive yield improvement and defect reduction initiatives
- Lead root cause analysis (RCCA) and corrective/preventive actions
- Ensure effective in-process quality controls and inspection points
2. Customer Quality (CQE Ownership)
- Act as primary escalation point for PSU customer issues
