Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in the Quality DepartmentHigher technical education, preferably in Production Engineering or Quality ManagementFluent English, enabling easy communication in an international environmentKnowledge of Lean and Operational Excellence tools and methodologies, enabling the optimization of quality processesExperience in managing and leading a teamA strong personality, courageous in challenging the status quo, and open to implementing innovative solutionsProactivity, independence, and initiative, focused on continuous improvement in the area of quality
