Thrive Group are recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager to join a well-established structural steel manufacturing business in Hull. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving quality strategy, maintaining ISO 9001 and EN 1090 (CA1090) compliance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
The Role
Lead and develop the Quality Management System (QMS)
Manage internal & external audits
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & EN 1090
Drive KPI performance, root cause analysis & CAPA
Oversee welding standards, traceability & CE/UKCA marking
Lead and develop the Quality team
Champion safety and operational excellenceAbout You
Proven senior quality leadership experience (steel/manufacturing environment preferred)
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 & EN 1090
Audit management experience
