A pivotal management position, you will be joining at an exciting time of company investment and new long-term projects, and you will be responsible for implementing new processes to ensure products meet customer & industry standards and developing the Quality Management Systems.

The Role

Manage the implementation and development of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with industry standards (AS9100 and AS13100)

Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing quality assurance team, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.

Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain

Implement and ensure compliance with Aerospace standards and processes.
