About the Role
Quality Manager – Gloucester - £60,000 – £67,500
A leading Engineering company in Gloucester is looking for a Quality Manager to oversee the production quality control and testing activities.
The Quality Manager will be responsible for:
* Ensuring products are manufactured, inspected and tested in accordance to approved procedures.
* ISO9001 QMS compliance
* Internal and external audit support
* Managing the testing department
* Setting and maintaining test protocols
* Working with suppliers and procurement to correct any quality concerns
The ideal Quality Manager will have:
* Education within mechanical or manufacturing.
* Experience operating within ISO9001 manufacturing environment
* Good knowledge of production quality control and test / inspection.
* Root cause analysis and corrective action
* Good technical documentation experience.
