Quality Manager

As part of the Java Group, Victor Energy's staff have over 50 years of experience building some of Canada's largest electrical infrastructure projects. We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead our corporate and site culture to doing it right the first time and ensuring we plan and implement approaches for our staff to meet the project requirements in alignment with our values of innovation, community, excellence, and safety. This is an office-based position out of the Edmonton area or Calgary, AB, with occasional visits to construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain the quality management system and provide awareness to all staff
• Train site staff in their responsibilities related to quality control and quality assurance
