About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting MR for ensuring smooth functioning of IATF 16949

  • Ensuring timely completion of Internal System audit & Process audit.

  • Compilation of MRM performance data

  • Handling of Customer audits 

  • Assisting MR in Handling Customer complaints 

  • Ensuring all Customer requirements are met.

  • Quality documentation as per TS requirement

  • CFT member for Improvement activities, scrap reduction, FMEA review, APQP reviews, Kaizen etc.

  • Knowledge of all Core Quality tools like 7-QC tools, Problem solving (8D), PFMEA,SPC,MSA, APQP

  • Good knowledge of IATF requirements

  • Knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements & manuals

  • Quality documentation as per IATF requirement

  • Handling of Customer audits

  • Ensuring all Customer requirements are met.
