About the Role
**DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a talented Quality Manager to join our team specializing in Quality for our Rebuild Workshop Department in Accra, Ghana.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
+ Raise plant-wide quality and reliability by directing multi-team execution on preventative quality, real-time issue resolution, and robust reporting - reducing defects, scrap, and warranty claims.
+ Sustain and elevate ISO 9001 certification - tightening process discipline and compliance with OEM, ISO, EHS, and MRC standards to protect certifications and customer trust.
+ Drive Right First Time (RFT) performance through optimized rebuild processes, mistake-proofing, and standard work - cutting rework, lead time, and cost per unit while boosting throughput.
+ Resolve complex escalations fast by leading rigorous Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and deploying effective CAPA that prevent recurrence ...
