- 5 years' experience in similar position.
- Automotive industry experience.
- IATF 16949 & ISO 14001.
- Problem solving tools.
- Administrative and Leadership skills.
- Lean Manufacturing.
- Advanced English.
- OEM‑Tesla experience is a must.
