Principal Accountabilities
Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team to ensure consistent application of quality standards across operations.Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.Provide strategic direction and technical expertise for continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to assess team performance and product/service quality.Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance across all quality-related activities.Knowledge & Skill Requirements
