About the Role

Lead and manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and BMW corporate standards, including audit coordination, corrective actions, and document control. Act as the key liaison for implementing updates, driving continuous improvement, and promoting customer and quality awareness across the plant.

  • Lead the establishment, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and BMW corporate standards.

  • Act as the Responsible Management Representative and Lead Auditor, coordinating internal and external audits to ensure system conformity and effectiveness.

  • Identify nonconformities in parts, products, and processes; initiate corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness to meet quality objectives.
