As INTERN - QMS you will be mainly responsible for support in document control activities, quality related processes like: CAPA, audit, complaint handling, supplier evaluation etc. This position reports directly to Quality Assurance Supervisor In this role, you will… Support to Yearly Goals in Quality Assurance Department Participation in QMS set up in different departments Support with weekly reporting Local translation of QMS documents Support with QMS documentation matrix updates Preparing documentation after trainings according to good documentation practices Support with open actions related to CAPA & Observation Reports Support with Internal Audit documentation preparation Support with LMS/EDMS administration Root Cause Analysis in regards of the above issues if required Participation during audits (internal, supplier) as a listener Perform other duties as assigned.
