Job Description
The Quality Inspector ensures that assembled products meet all quality, documentation, and regulatory requirements by performing detailed inspections, reviewing production records, and supporting continuous improvement activities across the manufacturing line. This role focuses on verifying proper equipment set-ups, reinforcing Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices, and authorizing product release for shipment of conforming assemblies.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct assembly line audits to verify proper equipment set-ups, the availability and use of calibrated tools, and adherence to approved work instructions.
+ Reinforce Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) with production personnel to maintain consistent quality and compliance.
