Quality Inspector (Evening Shift)

Position Overview Apex is currently accepting applications for a Quality Inspector within its Aerospace Component Manufacturing Group for an evening shift.

Reporting to Inspection Supervisor, the primary role of this full-time position is to perform the day-to-day inspection activities to conform product in support of production.  This position regularly interacts with production employees, front line supervisors, and office staff to ensure program compliance.

Some weekend work or overtime may be required and training will be provided.

Responsibilities Perform duties and activities for first article, incoming, in-process and final inspections including, but not limited to, mechanical inspection, inspection sampling, testing and investigation.

Hardness & conductivity testing.

Control & disposition of non-conforming product.

Support preparation & completion of first article inspection reporting (FAI).
