Areas of Responsibility
- QMS Management: Develop, implement and maintaining QMS processes and procedures to ensure alignment with ISO 9001 standards and regulatory requirements
- Audits and Compliance: Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal quality audits and support third-party certification audits. This includes identifying compliance gaps and working with process owners to ensure all processes adhere to quality standard.
- Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA): Investigate non-conformities, customer complaints and quality issues to determine root causes and develop, implement and verify the effectiveness of corrective and prevention actions
- Documentation and Control: Oversee the creation, review and control of documented information within the QMS, such as quality manuals, procedures, work instructions and forms to ensure accuracy and compliance
